At Craighill, we take pride in the design and quality of our home goods, but we understand if a product isn't the perfect fit for your space. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Securely package your items in their original Craighill boxes to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
